Current Need

The Managed Services business unit has an immediate need for a Citrix Support Engineer to provide remote support for external customers and provide consultative technical expertise where needed.

Position Description

Installs, maintains and upgrades internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing company products.

Controls user access and passwords.

Proposes and implements systems enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.

Monitors usage and performance. Trains personnel on system usage. Coordinate Citrix related implementation activities across various functional groups to help prioritize and schedule appropriate resources.

Plans and conducts technical tasks associated with the implementation of Citrix solution sets working with clients and internal resources at the client site or remotely.

Partners with clients in planning, executing technical tasks such as conversions, interfaces, integration, issue resolution, assessment of system environment readiness, installation.

Provides high-level technical expertise and support to the customer technical resources and internal resources related to the implementation of the McKesson applications with Citrix.

Minimum Requirements

5 years of experience administering or supporting Citrix XenApp v 4.5 and above.

Create initial Project Charter containing scope of upcoming upgrade project.

Position Description

The Sr. Business Analyst (SBA) will support key processes enabling the Portfolio Analytics and Policy Administration functions within the Office of the CTO, including product release policy compliance and the general availability status of products across McKesson. The SBA is responsible for analyzing and profiling source product, product hierarchy, and release process specific data and reviewing those results with the business data stewards and subject matter experts. He/she will collaborate with the data governance stakeholders across the McKesson business units to create and standardize names and definitions for data attributes that are consistent with an enterprise data structure and naming standards. He/she will create documentation of the business rules and the data requirements for the Product Release Requirements (PRR) technology platform and analytic reporting capabilities.

The SBA will represent the CTO in data stewardship sessions with each of the various business units to ensuring coordination on matters such as data model change management, data source introduction, and meta data issues impacting the CTO objectives. He/she is accountable for establishing and maintaining excellent knowledge of data warehouse structure design, definitions, capabilities, programming languages, and data integrity issues. He/she will champion the CTO business hierarchy and master product list (MPL) needs, document information requirements, facilitate the identification of potential gaps in available data and collaborate with business areas to determine best means for acquiring the data needed. He/she will perform meta data assessments, identify inconsistencies, and facilitate the governance process to drive changes where needed to support CTO business requirements. 9. Serve as the catalyst for business process re-design activities. Leads the CTO in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.

Minimum Requirements

6+ years experience in designing, building, and implementing business solutions using information technology. Significant experience in business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems.

- 5+ years of progressive experience implementing data management systems and databases including data modeling and database architecture, data and process analysis, data mining and analytics.

The Managed Services Organization's SystemCare support organization is looking for talented Windows/SQL Administrators to help service a clinically-focused customer base. - Proficient knowledge of business objects and cube technologies; experience with Excelsius reporting

- Proven competency with data mapping

- Experience with writing data conversion tables

- Demonstrate expertise with collecting and reporting metrics effectively

Position Description

Responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding, and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.

Minimum Requirements

6+ years experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems

Additional Knowledge & Skills

- Business Objects Universe

- Knowledge and understanding of the stages within Application Lifecycle

- SQL

Preferred

- Experience with Remedy reporting

- Experience with Clarity reporting

Education

4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
