Current Need
Product Manager - Care Management / Healthcare
Position Description
Product Manager to work under the direction of the Director of Product Management across multiple product lines on tasks of a technical or strategic nature. The Product Manager will ensure that the service software applications meet all business, operational and clinical needs. This is including, but not limited to, development of business requirements for software applications, requirements management through the delivery cycle, light project management and product enhancements and coordinating resolution of production support-related issues. In addition the Product Manager will also be expected to support strategic product management activities such as addressing market, strategy, business, planning and program issues in developing and launching products to meet market needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing product management projects design to bring new products to market, working with the customers, users and other stakeholders on defining requirements 20%
2. Conducting various product management tasks as defined by the pragmatic marketing framework 20%
3. Provide support to program implementations as necessary through the development of Program Implementation requirements and product support to implementation team members 20%
4. Support the assessment of current product performance and lead / participate in corrective action projects to improve performance 20%
5. Conducting market facing analysis such as assessment of market problems, win/loss analysis, and assessment of distinctive competence to create high level product requirements 10%
6. Customer facing meetings to present our solutions and to solicit market feedback 10%
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in product management or product design
Healthcare / Care Management services experience preferred
Customer-facing experience such as consulting preferred
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Pragmatic Marketing Practical Product Management & Requirements That Work certification preferred.
Strong project management skills;
Strong analytical skills;
Proven skills leading cross-functional project teams;
Excellent people skills, able to work well with internal and external customers
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and workflow skills; ability to work on simultaneous projects and with diverse groups of stakeholders
Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable. Identifies own learning needs and seeks appropriate assistance
Education
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business or related field
MBA preferred in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
Certifications/Licensure
Pragmatic Marketing Practical Product Management & Requirements That Matter certification preferred.
Physical Requirements
Office environment (Broomfield, CO)
< 20% travel
