Interface Implementation Services Manager

Position Description

As an Interface Implementation Services Manager, you will work closely with the RelayHealth internal project teams to implement RelayHealth applications/solutions in the most effective way to maximize the client investment and meet their business and technical objectives. This position will be part of the Platform Operations team providing end-to-end technical solutions delivery to our customers. This position will be oversee a team of Implementation Specialists in variety of activities including configuration, troubleshooting, testing and training. The position will work closely with Product Management and Operations to understand the evolving platform and it¿s features as well as provide feedback for the product roadmap to make interface implementations and rollouts more streamlined and effective.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for managing team of 6-12 Implementation Specialists in charge of various technical interface projects for multiple customers
* Build and foster high performance solutions delivery team by identifying resources, skill-sets and processes needed to support successful delivery
* Ensure predictable, consistent and high-quality delivery through direct management and overall coordination of project activities
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize effectiveness and influence of role
* Works with customers to understand their roadmap, project goals and requirements to propose solutions that meet their needs
* In collaboration with management team, determine staffing plan, roles, skills and allocation of implementation team
* Assists in establishing mechanisms to set and manage expectations and ensure on-going control of service delivery (e.g. kick-off meetings, risk management, technical activities, change control, production monitoring, etc.)
* Helps analyze customer workflows, data flows and technical interface requirements to propose appropriate solutions
* Effectively configure RelayHealth platform to ensure complete value delivery of our solutions within the customer's business workflows
* Ensures configurations completed by team members are in accordance to the published/established standards of the platform
* Accountable for the quality of the technical implementation process and customer satisfaction with services rendered
* Communicate/escalate issues to the appropriate department to promptly and effectively address issues
* Help client-facing project managers with client expectation management during the implementation phase
* Provide mentoring, coaching and growth opportunities to new team members as appropriate
* Contribute to improving existing training, tools and documentation to improve quality of implementations
* Research escalations and customer issues thorough analysis, testing and documentation

Professional Experience & Skills
* Demonstrated prior management experience in relevant domain
* Healthcare experience and/or working knowledge of medical terminology (including HL7 experience)
* Proven ability to manage, coach and mentor individual contributors at various levels in their professional career
* Skilled in interface analysis, interoperability setup & testing of interfaces
* Ability to sense the importance or impact of issues and situations and take appropriate actions
* Ability to work from an organizational perspective as well as independently and as a team manager
* Possess proven aptitude for understanding technical processes with the ability to learn new features in the SaaS platform as well as the client systems and workflows
* Possess excellent listening skills and a commitment to communicating in a clear, concise and timely manner at all times
* Possess exceptional skills in partnering with clients\staff and in developing and maintaining long-term supportive relationships
* Ability to organize time effectively while identifying barriers to progress, proposing solutions and setting priorities
* Ability to be effective as a manager and change agent in a rapidly growing organization

Education
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
* Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in related industry
