This will include daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports comprised of key performance metrics as well as monitoring and analysis of charges, payments, adjustments, accounts receivable and other data elements.<br/><br/>Position is also responsible for the in-depth analysis of a client's challenges. This will include, but not limited to cash flow forecasting, AR trending, and or variance & change percentages. A person in this position should make recommendations as to how to increase productivity, improve upon existing processes, and streamline report offerings. Position is also responsible for auditing current workflows.<br/><br/>This position also requires project management for various initiatives within the Houston office from scoping, planning, initiating, executing, and closing projects.<br/><br/>Minimum Requirements<br/><br/>2 + years of experience with reporting and data analysis is required.<br/><br/>Critical Skills:<br/><br/>Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills are a preferred, including:<br><br/>Pivot Tables<br><br/>Vlookups<br><br/>Nested Formulas<br/><br/>Proficiency with MS Word is required. And millions of patients benefit from getting the right care when they need it most.<br/><br/>Current Need<br/><br/>We are seeking a candidate who is proficient with data organization and manipulation who can take customer data and create sellable information from the data such that we can monetize this asset.<br/><br/>Position Description<br/><br/>This person will be responsible for the following areas:<br><br/>- Analysis related to the item, vendor and customer masterfiles. <br><br/>- Responsibility for the integrity of the data from point of entry through dissemination. <br><br/>- Creates documentation and improves processes that relate to data accuracy. <br><br/>- Manage groups and communicate with internal and external customers on the relevancy of company data. <br><br/>- May also recommend and oversee system enhancements that will allow for more accuracate and effective data upkeep.<br><br/>- Development of data into commercially marketable data products and services using internal and external data sources. <br><br/>- Direct the creation and organization of multiple data sources into a sustainable data warehouse. <br><br/>- Work as an entrepreneur identifying opportunities to combine data into commercially sellable information. <br><br/>- Create business plans or contracts and strategic marketing programs in the data and information market space, identify develop strategic partnerships. <br><br/>- Serve as the leader for commercialization of customer and market data. <br><br/>- Requires the ability to analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentations.<br/><br/>Minimum Requirements<br/><br/>-2-5 years proven experience in data management and control<br><br/>-a proven record of developing new products and commercializing products<br/><br/>Education<br/><br/>Advanced degree in business or related field or equivalent experience<br/><br/>Physical Requirements<br/><br/>General Office Demands<br/><br/>Benefits & Company Statement<br/><br/>We believe you should be rewarded for the important work you do.
