Position Description

? Maintain conveyor system including P.M.?s. and breakdowns.

? Support production shift.

? Assist in security controls.

? Building maintenance including all and other duties as assigned.

? Back up for Night Team for vacations, call ins, etc.

? Back up for Facilities Manager when needed

Minimum Requirements

Must have distribution systems understanding including conveyor controls, electrical, PLC, and CPU. Must be a good troubleshooter. Must have a strong mechanical background. Welding experience desired. Must be well organized. Must be willing to receive further education.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Must be able to work flexible hours based on need. There is the possibility that shifts will rotate every six months. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must be self-motivated and work without direct supervision.

Education

HS Diploma or Equivalent.

Position Description

Supports facilities staff by performing preventive maintenance, daily equipment upkeep, building maintenance and working with contractors for facilities and equipment needs. Large conveyor production type environment controlled by PLCs and pneumatic devices such as Actuators, Solenoid Valves and, Pressure Regulators.

Minimum Requirements

Education/Training ¿ High School Degree or equivalent, Technical training or equivalent experience

Business Experience ¿

¿ 1-2 years previous employment in general maintenance or repair position.

¿ Must be able to work multiple shifts when needed and some weekends.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Specialized Knowledge/Skills ¿

¿ Basic PC skills - WinXP, Win7, Office

¿ Can perform most mechanical and minor electrical repairs

¿ Skills working on and maintaining precision equipment

¿ Must have the ability to analyze a problem and develop a course of action

¿ Ability to read electrical schematics and skilled in basic electrical repair with 460, 220 and 120VAC

¿ Knowledge of working with 24Volt DC circuits controlling PLCs, photoeys, limit switches and Solenoid Valves

¿ Troubleshoot Ethernet cabling and I/O RS232/RS422 cabling

¿ Knowledge of SMC and Allen Bradley type of products

¿ Identify worn and damaged parts - replace them accordingly

¿ Ability to develop an overall maintenance schedule based on requiments and use of equipment

¿ Ability to work with and understand PLCs (programmable language code) devices

¿ Experience with air compressors and precision pneumatic equipment

¿ Willingness to learn new equipment maintenance and repair by reading manuals and live use

Education

HS Diploma or Equivalent. May require certification in an electrical, welding, or mechanical field.

Physical Requirements

Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) ¿ Will work in all areas of the business; office and warehouse areas which are temperature controlled, occasional outside exposure to various weather conditions. Minimal but some exposure to bio-hazardous materials.

Position Description

Overall accountability and responsibility for the physical plant operations of a 300,000+ square ft, highly automated, pharmaceutical distribution center .

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

- Development, oversight and accountability for a yearly MRO supply budget and associated inventories.

- Capital project oversight, management and execution to established time constraints and budget.

- Oversight and responsibility for all safety and security protocols to include working with on-site senior management to ensure strict adherence to same. These include, but are not limited to: OSHA, FDA, DOT, Fire Detection, DEA and PDMA monitoring/compliance.

- Tactical operation planning, human resource planning and associated allocations.

- Working knowledge of all "trade" categories, including, but not limited to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical and Temperature controls systems.

- Expertise in the maintenance and oversight of current/cutting edge industrial automation/machinery to include, sorters, conveyors, warehouse management systems and material handling equipment.

- Contractor engagement including oversight and management of all contracts for facility services.

- Management of Maintenance and janitorial staff to meet senior management and McKesson Corporate standards and policies.

- Engagement with risk management insurance and property management companies.

- Responsible for all aspects of building cleanliness and maintenance both internal and external.

- Project management tasks as may be required including oversight of construction projects as may be required.
