Client Upgrades

Intern responsible for client follow-up on upgrades, monitoring their progress, and sharing the strengths and areas for improvement with the team. Role would also entail creating Visio diagrams along with PowerPoint presentations showing improvements. As the project progresses, new upgrade evaluations will need to be created and assigned. PM Intern would help in the creation of those stories, setting up meetings and gathering the internal resources to facilitate further brainstorming with an end goal of generating new ideas to reduce downtime time of McKesson customers.

Managing Development Environments

Intern responsible for monitoring a Quality Control ticket system to ensure all database reported issues are been assigned to the DBA team members and further tracking the progress. The intern will facilitate issues escalated to the Development DBA and will assist in documenting the process people should follow when escalating into the DBA group.
