McKesson Health Mart is in search of a Senior Director of Franchise Operations who will be responsible for developing operational strategies and programs while managing regional strategies to help the Heath Mart chain achieve successful business results. o Drive financial and operational benefits of enrollment;

o Work with the VP of HM Operations and the Director of HM Training and Professional Services to:

- Develop operational best practices, management programs and policies that will be implemented and executed in all Health Mart locations.

Position Description

Responsible for the operational activities of a variety of functional departments, distribution center(s), or facility(ies). Reviews and analyzes reports, records and directives, and confers with managers/ supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered. May be responsible for one or more of the following activities related to the receiving, storing, and/ or shipping of materials or finished goods. May be responsible for ensuring materials are received from proper vendors, delivered to inventory and finished goods, are available to meet production schedules, packaged according to specification and shipped in a timely manner. Ensures the security and accountability of materials and goods with inventory control. May evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives and develop and implement improved procedures and practices. Gives work direction, resolves problems, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work. Monitors and analyzes costs and prepares budgets.

Minimum Requirements

4+ years operational experience including 2+ years managerial experience

Preferred Experience:

1 yr Microsoft Map Point

1 yr Medical Supply Distribution industry experience

1 yr Proft & Loss management experience

Additional Knowledge & Skills

3+ years recent supervisory experience in the transportation industry; Supervision within an internal transportation function preferred. Excellent organizational, communication (verbal/written), and management skills. Strong knowledge of DOT and HAZMAT regulations strongly preferred; development and deployment of driver safety training programs; Experience working with Profit and Loss statements; Ability to travel overnight.

Position Description

The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for performing inspections on incoming material. This person will help ensure all product inspections comply with specifications/inspection Criteria, fill and complete the inspection forms correctly, and report daily status.

This position will also assist the QA supervisor and QA managers in complaint and non-conformance investigations. This position will also be responsible for performing line clearances and periodic product inspections for any production jobs performed at this site.

- You will work with a group of software developers, architects, QA, PM and support staff doing feature-based analysis, manual validation and automated validation of a large web-based medical information application.

- You will need to work well in team environments and collaborate with team members to define test plans, test cases and technical requirements.

Current Need

We are currently seeking a Manager of Complaint Handling and investigations to office out of the Medical Surgical HQ in Richmond, VA. The Manager, Complaint Handling will plan, coordinate, and direct quality assurance programs designed to ensure compliant complaint handling processes with established standards. This person will also lead the investigations for complaints and assist in investigations for NCR¿s and CAPA through the Management Review Board (MRB). Specific job responsibilities include Documentation of product complaints, communication with suppliers on the investigations, review of the investigations of the complaints by suppliers and follow up with customers/sales reps for complaint closure. The person in this position will also assist the Sr. Director of QA/RA in the training of customer service and the sales force for McKesson Medical Surgical on complaint handling and reporting.

Critical skills and experience include

1. Medical Device and or Pharmaceutical experience.

3. Strong working knowledge of cGMP as well as quality standards, requirements and specifications (ISO, ANSI, FDA, etc)

4. Understanding of statistical process control (SPC)
