Provide moderate to high level support for the following Centricity or related modules:

Participate in medium to large scale projects to implement Centricity Business ( BAR/ interfaces) and lead small to medium scale projects as assigned

Training of end users in the Centricity applications over the phone and on-site as required

Learn modules of Centricity not yet implemented or handled with other teams with the focus on how to best serve the end user community

Work with the development of testing plans and testing scenarios to be used as new features/fixes are added to the system and hardware changes or problems require signoff on software functionality

Develop functional requirements for application fixes and enhancements, determine resources required, estimated completion and track status of each request

Follow protocol for user notification of system issues (scheduled or unscheduled downtime, new information, etc.)

Write supporting documentation and procedures for system changes, modifications, and day-to-day operations

Position Description

Provide Portal Architecture and Development for a Fortune 15 company. A candidate for this role should have experience with at least 2 software development cycles.
