Position Description

This role is transforming from a traditional transactional processing role to a higher level service role. The focus of this new role will shift from data entry, basic research and individual exception resolution to a role that focuses on trending and financial analysis and eliminating root cause of defects.

This will require higher level competencies including analytics, communication, basic understanding of financial and accounting controls.

Responsible for customer rebate and vendor fee processing within McKesson Financial Center in support of McKesson Specialty and USON; includes all facets of the process including agreement interpretation, payment/invoice calculations, financial month end close activities, account reconciliations, analysis and reporting. Position Description

Responsible for overall client service strategy, daily activities and client relationship including interface with Specialty and USON, as well as escalated issues from the Supplier Financial Services team and Specialty Finance and Accounting teams. Directs finance and accounting process for Specialty FFS and other manufacturer programs, including accounting accruals, reserves, and collections. Protects company assets and cash flow that exceeds $280 million annually. Liaison to Specialty Leadership team to include Controller, CFO, VP of Pricing and VP of Procurement.

Manage processes and projects to ensure appropriate actions are being taken to preserve and improve working capital and to prevent and eliminate financial risk.

Position Description

Contract analyst responsible for the daily administration of supplier contracts and supplier rebate denial analysis and resolution. Work directly with suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate administration of contracts and the resolution of issues. Monitor both supplier compliance with contractual obligations and production trends through analytics and root cause analysis. Provide recommendations to management for process improvements based on analytical findings. Develop system and departmental subject matter expertise and participate as a team member on projects. Current Need

We are seeking a seasoned sales executive to work from home (virtual office) and travel 70% in the North East selling medical supplies distribution into Surgery Centers. Prior experience selling into the OR (Operating Room) or Surgery Centers is critical.

Position Description

Responsible for favorable, corporate and field, business relationships and ongoing partner momentum at our Surgery Center customers. This position must support the Company's strategic plan for the accounts to ensure long-term Company goals aligned with the current business plans and aggressively supports a profitable growth strategy.

Measure customer penetration, performance and margin contribution of programs and services in coordination with financial guidelines.

Interface with CEOs, COOs, Vice Presidents and Directors from various departments within customer headquarters, including Sales, Operations, Accounts Payable, Information Technology and Training/Development.

Work with manufacturing vendors to enhance portfolios, gain compliance, grow sales and enhance margin.

Perform Business Reviews with customers on a quarterly, annual and bi-annual basis expanding base business via product line expansions, new market penetration, promotions and other growth drivers.

Establish, manage and monitor new processes to relieve or alleviate customer business concerns or work flow processes.

Establish ongoing performance requirements and ensure effective processes to monitor contract agreements to include: service levels, pricing, vendor agreements, and customer support.

Position Description

Lead team of ~10 FTE responsible for providing a range of support services to McKesson Financial Center Contract Administration. Our Center for Financial Services plays a critical role in ensuring that hospitals, pharmacies and retail chains receive pharmaceutical products quickly - usually within 24 hours. Our entire team works to ensure patients receive their medications efficiently and begin the process of healing.

Position Description

This position will assist ISMC Manager during peak time and oversee McKesson largest buying group within the Rebate Department to ensure compliance, customer service, and account management.

Additionally, this position will be responsible for overseeing a large buying group quarterly review function for the US Pharma division. Currently rebates consequently have a significant impact on our gross margin. This role requires well developed skills in accounting, business analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of four or more analyst during peak times under the directive of the ISMC Rebate Manager

Build relationships and collaborate with business partners to ensure the integrity of financial information

Quarterly review of large buying group COGS to analyze compliance threshold

Read and interpret customer contracts to ensure accurate and timely rebate set-ups

Review all rebate calculations and required activity to ensure accurate and timely payment during

Month-end close

Prepare and review monthly reconciliations by assigned customer accounts

Research and resolve customer requests and compliance related issues

Assist the accountants and sales teams with monthly P&L analysis

Recommend process improvements to assist with system enhancements and current processes

Conduct rebates analysis by using internal systems to extract data

Provide monthly reports to customers for assigned rebates

Working knowledge of MS Excel and Access

Research and resolve all general ledger reconciling items

Other responsibilities:

Perform detailed analysis and review of processes/transactions with a strict adherence to McKesson policies and GAAP to identify exposure and risk.

Ensure all accruals / rebate calculations are updated for the month end close process

Process all required journal entries into SAP

Process payments and reporting to customers for assigned rebates

Assist the accountants with monthly P&L analysis for customer rebate expense

Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting

Identify opportunities and implement solutions for process and profitability improvements

Identify and communicate best practices and/or opportunities to strengthen controls

Use the various McKesson systems (BO, SAP, SMO, CRS etc) to extract data

Monitor, track, and report Buying Group project risks/issues and help drive resolutions to meet project deadlines

Work with other teams¿ members and ISMC Sr. Manger to obtain status updates related to Customer Rebates

Special Projects and analysis as required

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 5-6 years accounting or finance experience preferably with rebates

2) Strong business acumen required

3) Strong Microsoft Excel experience required.

4) Experience with Microsoft Access a plus

5) Knowledge of sales data and contracts a plus

6) Strong analytical skills required

7) Working Knowledge of SAP preferred

Education

4-year degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience

Position Description

Responsible for the management and operation of the company's voice, wire and computer data services. Reviews costs/benefits of installing in-house telephone switching systems versus common carriers. Evaluation and installation of all new and upgraded voice/wire systems. Oversees the installation and repair of data terminals and networks. Negotiates contracts with vendors, has billing responsibility to users, monitors cost effectiveness and recommends upgrading of appropriate systems. Develops long-range plans for telecommunications systems. Communicates status of telecommunications projects to senior management.

Minimum Requirements

4+ years telecommunications experience including 2+ years managerial experience

Additional Knowledge & Skills

This position can be located in Carrollton, TX, Sacramento, CA or Alpharetta, GA.

- Minimum of 5+ years of technical work experience including the design and installation of large (over 5000 phones) Cisco VoIP networks including UCCE, UCM, and Unity VM systems.

- The candidate must have extensive experience supporting Cisco Call Managers and Cisco VoIP (voice gateways, MGCP, SCCP, SIP, H323, etc, and Unity).

- Candidate must have strong Voice over IP technical support experience.

- CISCO Call Manager application support experience is required.

- Must be able to work independently.

- Excellent process, communications and project management skills.

- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

- Abilitiy to provide excellent customer service.

- Ability to lead and manage for results, work load from small MACDs to large scale projects.

- Working knowledge of Cisco networking equipment, and TCP/IP.

- Knowledge of traditional PBX and Voice networking environments.

- Must be able to lead a group of engineers for business results.

- Knowledge of Cisco UCCE and UCCX platform, including ICM and CVP.

- Knowledge of Cisco Telepresence is a plus.

Education

4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
