Current Need

Position Description

Account Manager is responsible for managing existing accounts, and up-selling peerVue products and services. peerVue Regional Sales team will assist with presentations and sales cycle management for key sales and client meetings.

¿ Up-Sell Products and Services:

o Utilize peerVue sales pitch to make winning presentations and demos

o Develop proposals and negotiate contracts

o Attend and participate in Tradeshow and Conference activities

o Provide sales/business forecasts

o Effectively utilize sales tools and applications, including MS Office and salesforce.com

o Close sales and meet sales performance quotas

¿ Customer Advocacy

o Create rapport and relationships with key contacts at customer sites

o Understand customers environment, identify and promote additional uses for peerVue system

o Act as the customer advocate to ensure prioritization and resolution of customer issues

o Ensure customer satisfaction at all levels

¿ Interact with Executive Management and Operational Units

o Participate with Mgmt Team in developing and implementing sales strategies

o Provide ideas and innovation to develop total company

o Ensure seamless interface with other departments within the organization

o Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback

Minimum Requirements

EXPERIENCE

2+ years of sales or customer service experience in healthcare or medical related industry.

Experience selling to Dir of Radiology, Dir of Imaging, Hospital Quality Officers, and Chiefs of Radiology

Demonstrated successes in consultative selling in a business-to-business service

Experience in a high-activity, selling environment.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common health care IT journals, financial reports, and legal documents.

Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers, prospects, partners, or members of the business community.

Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business or Sciences preferred.
