Product Manager (Healthcare Rev Cycle)

Position Description
To sustain the accelerating growth of the RelayHealth financial solutions business unit which develops solutions for the provider community, the Product Management team plays a critical role in the definition of products within and through defined markets and channels. The Product Management team is chartered with the successful delivery of value added connectivity, workflow, and analytic solutions to enable efficiencies within the revenue cycle for physicians, hospitals and ancillary providers. Working in close partnership with Product Development, Product Marketing, and other functional areas, the Product Management team is responsible for the overall organizational readiness for new product launches and long term market success of our products from ideation and business case development forward.
Currently, the Product Management organization is seeking a candidate with specific experience in revenue cycle technologies for the acute, hospital provider market to manage and expand a suite of products. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated competencies and diverse experience with EDI connectivity, SaaS based application deployment and management, business partner and channel management fundamentals and expertise in product lifecycle management.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience. Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience required.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
-Execution orientation with demonstrated expertise managing solutions through the product life cycle
- Comprehensive understanding of financial measures and business case development
- Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills
-Ability to demonstrate thought leadership in respective solution areas
-Comprehensive understanding of Project and Product Management fundamentals
-Experience within the healthcare finance and administration sector, working with providers, health plans, clearinghouses or other organizations including comprehensive understanding of healthcare EDI transactions
-Experience with real time processing systems
-Experience working in an Agile and/or iterative development environment, including effectively collaborating with development teams
-Experience managing product development release cycles, including demonstrated success with release tools and methodologies
-Experience creating and/or managing the creation of clear and concise solution requirements and stories
-Ability to influence, direct, and collaborate with internal customers, including business leaders
-High proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office business applications
Education
MBA preferred in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience
