BI Analyst\ Report Programmer

Current Need
Experienced Report/Application Support Analyst familiar with all stages of the Application Lifecycle. Analyst will possess the capability to review, analyze and resolve customer requests. Experience working with executives to ensure reporting requirements are satisfied.
In addition, candidate will possess the following:
- Proficiency in report development
- Efficiency with building, maintaining and managing data warehouse
- Experience in developing data warehouses/reports across multiple applications in support of enterprise visibility and reporting
- Working Knowledge of relational databases like MS SQL server, Oracle.
- Proficient knowledge of business objects and cube technologies; experience with Excelsius reporting
- Proven competency with data mapping
- Experience with writing data conversion tables
- Demonstrate expertise with collecting and reporting metrics effectively
Position Description
Responsible for designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding, and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance, and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Business Objects Universe
- Knowledge and understanding of the stages within Application Lifecycle
- SQL
Preferred
- Experience with Remedy reporting
- Experience with Clarity reporting
Education
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
