Medication Assistance Program Manager

Position Description

McKesson Corporation is looking for an experienced healthcare professional to administer a Medication Assistance Program for Benefis Health in Great Falls, Montana.

The Medication Assistance Program Manager will administer the medication assistance program (MedSource) on behalf of Benefis Health system. This multitasking role will qualify patients for enrollment, secure appropriate documentation, track requested and received products and reimbursements and maintain professional working relationships with medical staff. The Manager will manage compliance and secure signatures on various forms to maintain the medication assistance program. The Manager will utilize database management to develop site specific reports. This position also requires that you have professional presentation skills and a working knowledge of pharmaceuticals.

**This position will be based onsite at Benefis Health in Great Falls, Montana.**

Minimum Requirements

The candidate must have strong business background to include client or program management experience, demonstrated revenue or goal accomplishments, excellent relationship building skills, leadership qualities, self initiative, analytical thinking skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Healthcare or Pharmacy background is preferred. Must be comfortable working in a clinical environment and having direct patient contact.
