POSTION SUMMARY:

The Relief - Pharmacy Packaging Technician is responsible for packaging all unit dose medications required for ROBOT-Rx daily dispensing. The Relief - Pharmacy Packaging Technician will prepare and maintain the packager equipment for daily use, perform general equipment troubleshooting, maintain ROBOT-Rx online and offline inventories, and identify any customer concerns to the Supervisor of the PakPlus-Rx Program.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

* Perform all unit dose medication packaging according to ROBOT-Rx Daily Repackaging reports.

* Maintain all ROBOT-Rx online and offline inventories by utilizing appropriate reporting.

* Perform daily maintenance and necessary routine adjustments on the packager equipment.

* Assist pharmacy buyer with reordering required medication for packaging.

* Maintain and order appropriate packaging supplies to support the packaging process.

* Distribute Daily Performance Summary and Packaging Log Summary to PakPlus-Rx Supervisor on a daily basis.

* Provide necessary on-site information to Supervisor on Robot-Rx performance and other key issues.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Training:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred.

Business Experience:

* Previous experience in hospital pharmacy or healthcare industry preferred.

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

* Working knowledge of computer hardware, PC Windows.

* Working knowledge of mechanical packaging equipment.

* Good organizational skills, accurate, reliable and efficient.

Certifications/Licensure

Position Description

As a certified medical coder with McKesson, you will be responsible for coding multiple specialty surgery cases, using CPT4 and ICD-9 and knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy. Specifically, you will:

--Code and enter data from hard copy or image copy.

Minimum Requirements

--5+ years work experience and leadership skills;

-- Minimum 6 month medical coding experience required, including proficiency in 3 or more surgery specialties; 10,000 Alpha Numeric and Numeric keying speed required.

Utilizes their knowledge of the client/business, healthcare practice management and medical billing process/procedures to maximize performance relative to client relationship, client satisfaction, desired survey results and client/company financial performance indicators.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years Healthcare experience in physician billing and revenue cycle management and/or general physician practice management services. Multispecialty experience is preferred.

Strong analytical and financial reporting skills required. Intermediate to advanced Excel and Pivot Table experience is preferred.

Candidate should possess strong business relationship skills and should be comfortable working with physician clients and all levels of McKesson management.

Candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills.

Experience with large billing platforms such as Epic or IDX is preferred.

Candidate must be able to take initiative, work independently, meet specific deadlines and be flexible with work schedule priorities.

We are in current need of a Sales Trainee that will be trained on the responsibles of overseeing a McKesson sales territory and empowering the trainee to provide excellent service to our customers. This trainee position will last for approximately six to nine months and will be based out of the Aurora, IL Distribution Center.
