This management position will lead the sale and delivery of McKesson Provider Technologies software, hardware and services into McKesson¿s Strategic Customer Accounts.<br/><br/>Location: Remote/Telecommuter position located in a major metropolitan area. 60 - 80% overnight travel required.<br/><br/>Position Description<br/><br/>Handles all employee relation issues, including hiring and training of all Strategic Customer Development Sales Executives reporting to him/her.<br/><br/>Manages the performance and development of all Strategic Customer Development Sales Executives within the region.<br/><br/>Manages all sales and delivery activity across territory, ensuring well balanced sales activity to ensure achievement of sales plan and on time delivery and execution of program roadmap.<br/><br/>Manages professionals in all aspects of account planning, sales process execution and coordination, and delivery of throughout the region.<br/><br/>Coordinates communication and activity with business units and marketing<br/><br/>Mentor account team members to continually improve teamwork and coordination<br><br/>of the sales and account representatives within defined territory.<br/><br/>Assist sales team in qualifying prospects, coordinating demos and site visits and effectively managing the sale to the customer.<br/><br/>Facilitate resolution of major sales objections and customer escalations presented by customers to sales representatives.<br/><br/>Present credible experience/solutions to the key decision makers.<br/><br/>Advise Strategic Customer Development Sales Executives in arranging multiple sales cycles and sales events.<br/><br/>Ensure contract negotiations are coordinated appropriately.<br/><br/>Perform accurate and timely reporting as defined.<br/><br/>Coach/Mentor team members for professional development.<br/><br/>Manage to assigned expense and quota budgets.<br/><br/>Minimum Requirements<br/><br/>10+ years successful Healthcare Sales experience with emphasis on software and services sales and or software and services delivery to hospitals.<br/><br/>5+ years successful sales management experience managing a healthcare software sales team preferred<br/><br/>Excellent communication skills.<br/><br/>Excellent presentation skills.<br/><br/>Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate using proven skills in successful management, sales process and procedures.<br/><br/>Knowledge of healthcare trends, industry standards and successful strategies for hospital sales.<br/><br/>Knowledge of McKesson Provider Technologies products and services preferred.<br/><br/>Knowledge of current information systems technology.<br/><br/>Knowledge of sales territory management (Siebel experience a plus) and account planning skills.<br/><br/>Budgeting skills.<br/><br/>Strong conflict management and customer service skills.<br/><br/>Ability to demonstrate consistent closing techniques throughout the sales cycle.<br/><br/>Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects and sales events simultaneously.<br/><br/>Education<br/><br/>Bachelors Degree preferred<br/><br/>Physical Requirements<br/><br/>60 - 80% overnight travel required.<br/><br/>Benefits & Company Statement<br/><br/>We believe you should be rewarded for the important work you do. <title><![CDATA[Sales Trainee relocation required - (Aurora, Illinois)]]></title>

Our entire team works to ensure patients receive their medications efficiently and begin the process of healing.<br/><br/>Current Need<br/><br/>We are in current need of a Sales Trainee that will be trained on the responsibles of overseeing a McKesson sales territory and empowering the trainee to provide excellent service to our customers. This trainee position will last for approximately six to nine months and will be based out of the Aurora, IL Distribution Center. Traveling to other locations and ride-alongs with current trainees will take place during the trainee program. At the end of the trainee period, the trainee will interview for open positions within McKesson and could be placed anywhere nationwide where a position is available. Being open to relocation is a requirement of this position.<br/><br/>Position Description<br/><br/>Responsible for the sale of certain products or services. Duties involve direct one-to-one communication with customer or client. Performs field promotion work and develops new accounts. Demonstrates products and/ or services and provides assistance in the best application of product or services. Answers all questions concerning products or services and refers questions along as necessary. May coordinate company product support (including technical engineering support) and services to ascertain customer's needs. May close transactions and take orders. May estimate time and sales expenses expected and submit to management. Investigates product/service warranty claims to ensure resolution within marketing policies. May analyze records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Interprets accounts, trends, and records to management. Sells to new and present clients.
