Current Need

Position Description

This position is responsible for determining product needs by patient, placing Part B qualified and non-qualified orders, resolving customer issues and tracking customer product inventories. Position gathers and reviews patient billing and medical information to determine if patients diagnoses qualify and products required are covered under Medicare Part B benefits, while ensuring that we are compliant with the Federal Health Care program. This position has high level of responsibility and accuracy due to governmental billing, which is subsequent to their activities (their functions create the claim detail that is submitted to the Medicare Part B program).

Minimum Requirements

2+ years customer service experience
2+ years medical or insurance industry experience

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Reading, writing, arithmetic, good communication skills, PC and word-processing skills, and working knowledge of the company products


HS Diploma or Equivalent
