Healthcare Reports Analyst

Position Description
The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting office and client managers / directors with reporting needs for a large group of multi-specialty clients.
They will:
**Perform standard analyses of business goals and objectives using various reporting tools and systems.
**Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.
**Primary functions include pulling data from various systems and sources to compile reports, creating ad hoc reports and / or pivot tables, creating cash projection reports, and analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and potential problem areas.
Minimum Requirements
**Candidate must be PC proficient in advanced Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
**Experience with Access, crystal reports and Business Objects is a plus.
**Candidate must possess outstanding presentation, interpersonal and financial analysis skills.
**Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently, meet specific deadlines and be flexible with work schedule priorities and hours.
Additional Knowledge & Skills
--Three to five years' experience with Excel and reporting required.
--Analytical experience/skills in healthcare field preferred.
Education
High school diploma with some college preferred.
