Position Description
The position of Operations Supervisor, Medical Billing has recently become available in our Queensbury, NY office.
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for employee supervision and workflow management of a 15+ employee department within a large multi-specialty physician billing processing center.
Position will supervise and coordinate all Accounts Receivable functions and staff, reviewing and responding to quality and productivity results.
Minimum Requirements
The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years supervisory experience, strong analytical skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Full Healthcare Revenue Cycle knowledge including Billing, Accounts Receivables, Collections, Denials and Coding is required.
Physician Billing background required with a strong knowledge of governmental and commercial payors.
Candidates should have experience in a fast paced, high volume practice with practice management or 3rd party billing experience.
Education
A high school diploma is required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. A compable combination of education and experience will be considered.
