Responsible for working EDI transactions and ERA files, including reconciling carrier submissions, edits and rejection reports. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of operation's objectives. Erroneous decisions will have a serious impact on the overall success of functional, division, or company operations.<br/><br/>Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions normally involve controversial situations, customer negotiations, or influencing and persuading other senior level managers.<br/><br/>Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area through several operational department managers within the company having overall responsibility for planning, budgeting, implementing and maintaining costs, methods, and employees.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate for this position must possess: <br><br/>Extensive knowledge of AR billing systems and utility management as it relates to production and client reporting<br/><br/>Extensive knowledge and experience in new business implementation, AR conversions and management of existing accounts receivable<br/><br/>Ability to actively participate in budget development and carry responsibility for achievement of budget targets<br/><br/>Responsible for the training and development of new operations staff<br/><br/>Minimum Requirements<br/><br/>Previous supervisory experience of at least 5-7 years of physician billing experience.<br/><br/>Strong communication and analytical skills.<br/><br/>Must be able to work closely with remote client via phone, teleconference and webinars.<br/><br/>Need for strong leader that can multitask and work as a self starter.<br/><br/>Additional Knowledge & Skills<br/><br/>10+ years operational experience including 7+ years managerial experience.<br/><br/>Benefits & Company Statement<br/><br/>We believe you should be rewarded for the important work you do.
