Current Need

This position will report to the Manager of Warehouse Productivity and will be responsible for the design, implementation and tracking of initiatives to improve Medical Surgical's warehouse productivity.

Will help to implement engineered standards at our distribution centers. Will also play a key role in the implementation of Manhattan & Associates Labor Management System at 15 DC's across the US.

Located in Richmond, Virginia alongside his or her most senior level business partners in Marketing, Supplier Management, Finance, Information Technology, Compliance and Business Development, the Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and HRBP team will plan and execute HR efforts. There will be an emphasis on assessing organizational needs, determining and implementing talent management, development, organization effectiveness and employee engagement strategies to improve business outcomes through people. The Director will lead key business initiatives to achieve business wide goals, including efforts such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The Director and team will also ensure the consistent and effective quality of HR service delivery by effective collaboration with HR Specialists and Shared Services. This position is a part of the HR Leadership Team for the business and has accountability for other HRBPs.

Minimum Requirements

10+ years HR experience with 3+ years of people management experience. Requires approximately 25% domestic travel.
