We are looking for an independent, analytical, multitasking accountant to manage and analyze a complex inventory account, work on month end close, perform balance sheet reconciliation's, provide support to our DC's, and work on special projects.<br/><br/>The qualified candidate should be a team player across the business, with excellent written and oral communication skills, able to work well in teams, able to mentor peers and entry level accountants and able to represent accounting as a subject matter expert in projects.<br/><br/>Position Description<br/><br/>Responsibilities include developing, implementing and/or maintaining one or a combination of general accounting systems. Prepares journal entries, maintains and reconciles ledger accounts. Provides record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions. May prepare federal, state, and local reports and tax returns. This person will also lead the investigations for complaints and assist in investigations for NCR¿s and CAPA through the Management Review Board (MRB). Specific job responsibilities include Documentation of product complaints, communication with suppliers on the investigations, review of the investigations of the complaints by suppliers and follow up with customers/sales reps for complaint closure. The person in this position will also assist the Sr. Director of QA/RA in the training of customer service and the sales force for McKesson Medical Surgical on complaint handling and reporting.<br/><br/>Critical skills and experience include<br/><br/>1. Medical Device and or Pharmaceutical experience.<br><br/>2. Complaint handling experience<br><br/>3. Strong working knowledge of cGMP as well as quality standards, requirements and specifications (ISO, ANSI, FDA, etc)<br><br/>4. Understanding of statistical process control (SPC)<br><br/>5. But we're especially proud to be the company our customers and their patients count on for solutions to their healthcare supply management needs.<br/><br/>Current Need<br/><br/>We are seeking an experienced Marketing professional to work closely with the VP/GM of a $60M business segment in leading marketing activities to both customers and prospects as well as leading field engagement, all to drive revenue growth and margin expansion.<br/><br/>This person will develop marketing programs that drive lead generation, awareness and business revenue opportunities for the business segment (examples - connectivity enhancements, penetration). Includes taking the initiative to solve for problems and challenges that arise. Act as lead for driving all materials (trade shows, web content, collateral, etc.) associated with programs within the segment. Additionally, they will manage the execution and thorough analysis of marketing programs (ROI, budget compliance) including weekly report outs, contact with cross-functional groups as well as the VPs, RM's within the business segments. Also includes making data driven recommendations for future programs.<br/><br/>Under the direction of marketing leadership, they will also strategize and implement wide marketing programs inclusive of white space thinking, working with multiple departments, securing budget and OT/VP alignment, and managing external partners as appropriate (examples - e-strategy, social media, and marketing automation).<br/><br/>Position Description<br/><br/>Responsible for the planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function. Works individually or with a team in recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion.
