Current Need
Senior Analyst Internal Reporting position responsible for the preparation of Consolidated Cash Flow Statements, reconcile and manage the Inter Company process.
Position Description
- Manage the preparation and analysis of the consolidated Statement of Cash Flows
- Manage and coordinate the Company¿s intercompany process
- Coordinate with the Financial Systems group to ensure optimal utilization of the consolidation financial system for both data flow and analyses capabilities
- Extensive interactions with business partners at all levels (including senior management) in multiple geographical locations
- Address questions relating to the Cash Flow & Intercompany process and facilitate preparation of cash flows & intercompany balance reconciliations from different business units and Corporate functions
- SOX Compliance
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years accounting experience in a large public company
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Work experience in similar role in a large multi location/ subsidiary company
- Hands-on System experience highly desirable (SAP, Hyperion Financial Management)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel a must
- Good understanding of cash flow, intercompany and foreign currency
- Strong analytical skills, modeling and data manipulation skills with attention to detail while maintaining the bigger picture
- Strong process and project management skills with outstanding work ethics and can-do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently
- Ability to work independently to rapidly resolve issues as they arise
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented with strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with business partners and outside vendors to resolve accounting issues
- Excellent communication (written/verbal), interpersonal, time management, and presentation skills
- Must be comfortable partnering with staff and management and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Education
4-year degree in accounting or related field
