Current Need
McKesson is looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter that will be responsible for managing the full candidate lifecycle process including sourcing, identification, screening and closing. The desired candidate will have 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a large corporation.
Position Description
-5+ years of related recruiting experience in placing technical candidates
-Excellent knowledge of internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Monster, DICE, Google, Linked in)
-Strong experience working with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and create job descriptions
-Significant experience identifying, screening, interviewing and closing candidates
-Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, and cross group collaboration
-Excellent negotiation skills
-Ability to work independently as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.
-Ability to deliver results with little supervision and to effectively manage high volume
*Ability to identify candidates for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions, at various levels. Non-exempt through VP level.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years recruiting experience
Additional Knowledge & Skills
-Experience with PeopleSoft e-Recruit or similar ATS a plus
-Customer service focus with proven track record of excellent follow up and follow through on communication with candidates and managers in a fast paced environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Solid interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail
Education
4-year degree in human resources, business or related field or equivalent experience
