Annually, the united network of more than 9,000 physicians, clinicians, nurses, and administrators delivers integrated cancer care to more than 850,000 cancer patients in community-based clinics located in 41 states.<br/><br/>Current Need<br/><br/>Receiving Team Lead experienced with a heavy volume of inbound trucks that must be received on arrival.<br/><br/>Position Description<br/><br/>Responsible for performing the physical tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing of products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary. Pulls and fills orders. May use (but not limited to) power equipment such as a forklift, hand tools, and other devices operated in a warehouse environment. This position is not responsible for operating delivery trucks which require a Commercial Drivers License. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. This position will work closely with peer underwriting team members to help mentor associate and junior analysts on larger more complex transactions and negotiation skills. The main goal is to determine credit worthiness while complying with company credit policies in order to provide credit limit and term recommendations as well as proactive suggestions on customer's financial conditions in a brief and concise format under direct supervision from the Assistant Credit Manager.<br/><br/>Minimum Requirements<br/><br/>4+ years credit and/ or collection or related experience<br><br/>Accounting experience, reading, writing and arithmetic skills. Working knowledge of credit and/ or collection policies, practices and systems, as well as, familiarity with spreadsheet applications.<br/><br/>Additional Knowledge & Skills<br/><br/>Prepares detailed credit analysis reports including recommended credit limits typically greater than $1 million dollars in a format prescribed by management. Formal summary analyzes the customer's current and forecasted financial stability and risk and interprets the information provided into a meaningful summary. Provides solid recommendations based on facts to Credit Management for review.<br><br/>Researches and gathers financial information on customers from all sources available including the sales force, previous payment history, customer supplied data, agency ratings, bank references, internet, and trade references. Works closely with sales force to gather all appropriate information.<br><br/>Works closely with account set-up staff and sales rep with respect to initial determination of credit limit and terms in order to more efficiently service the needs of existing and new or potential customers. Assists in determining credit limit necessary to fully enable optimum buying while minimizing risk.
