Bilingual Inside Sales Manager

Our Center for Financial Services plays a critical role in ensuring that hospitals, pharmacies and retail chains receive pharmaceutical products quickly - usually within 24 hours. Our entire team works to ensure patients receive their medications efficiently and begin the process of healing.
Current Need
Inside Sales Manager. The ISM is responsible for the sale of Pharmaceutical Generic products and services to independent pharmacies within their assigned territory via the telephone. The ISM will work very closely with the territory's Outside Sales Manager. The ISM will partner with Outside Sales and Marketing to build and maintain relationships with existing McKesson customers. The ISM will operate as a Pharmaceutical Generics business advisor and consultant for customer profitability.
Position Description
Responsible for marketing the company's products and/or services via telephone to current McKesson customers. Build relationships with current and new McKesson customers to help them make informed buying decisions. Partner with Outside Sales Managers in their territories to answer customer's questions typically generated by changes in pharmaceutical industry. Communicate with Outside Sales Manager any on a daily basis. Document customer interactions via web-based Customer Relationship Management tool. Mail marketing/sales literature to prospective clients. Keep up-to-date on industry and product changes. This position is targeted to receive a 40% bonus based on sales performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years sales or account management experience
- Previous sales and/or account management experience required
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- Must be self-motivated and results orientated
- Must have good problem solving and decision making skills
- Must be a team player and willing to work in a changing environment
- Proficient in MS Office
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Pharmaceutical industry experience a big plus
- Call center experience a plus
- Ability to maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical industry products, trends and processes
- Effectively communicate product, price, promotion and procedure information to customers and field sales managers
- Participate on cross functional process improvement teams
- Strong analytical and business skills
- Self starter that requires little direction
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment

Education
4 year degree or equivalent experience.
