Ultimately, we're helping the system run smoother so that healthcare works for all of us.<br/><br/>Position Description<br/><br/>Responsibilities include developing, implementing and/or maintaining one or a combination of general accounting systems. Prepares journal entries, maintains and reconciles ledger accounts. Provides record of assets, liabilities and other financial transactions. Balances books periodically and prepares profit and loss, income and balance sheet statements. Maintains receipts and disbursement reports. May prepare federal, state, and local reports and tax returns. May interpret reports and records for managers.<br/><br/>Minimum Requirements<br/><br/>2+ years accounting experience<br/><br/>Additional Knowledge & Skills<br/><br/>¿ AccPac, Excel experience a plus<br><br/>¿ Medical practice accounting experience a plus<br><br/>¿ Payroll, accounts payable, general ledger accounting<br><br/>¿ Position for a very detail oriented person<br><br/>¿ Good interpersonal skills as position will work directly with physician clients<br><br/>¿ Some travel, 10-15%<br/><br/>Education<br/><br/>4-year degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience<br/><br/>Physical Requirements<br/><br/>General Office Demands<br/><br/>Benefits & Company Statement<br/><br/>We believe you should be rewarded for the important work you do.
